The threat to democracy cannot be ignored or downplayed. AND we know that we are witnessing record voter turnout and record volunteerism in our UU community. We’ve been flooded with Good Trouble Congregation Reports, and if we keep it up, we could reach out to an additional 100,000,000 voters by Election Day! All we need is for you to say yes to just 1 of these actions.
This fight is not over yet, and we need to do what we can, while we can to turn out voters and defend our elections.

1) Get Out the Vote at our PA Week of Action!
We’ve teamed up with Positive Women’s Network, a national membership body of women living with HIV, to make sure their voices are heard on November 8. From decriminalization, affordable health care, to abortion access, we must center those most impacted. Join us in a powerful phone bank to get out the vote with Positive Women’s Network.

2) Become an Election Defender!
We have dozens of UU Clergy that have signed on to provide support and deescalation at polling locations across the country. But we need to show up in force. Join local UUs and community members to support democracy by volunteering with Election Defenders.

3) Text Voters with UU the Vote!
Help reach 500,000 low income voters at our 3 text banks to high priority states! We’re texting voters in Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
